Whoever tells you Sowore’s “Take it Back” is not having positive and revolutionary effects on the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, and the consciousness of the youths in Nigeria is in a state of illusion or denial.
We should not underestimate the power of youth in this emerging participatory democracy. Sowore shouldn’t waiver. He must remain undeterred and steadfast. He must strategise to register his impact more in the political equation of Nigeria. Believe or not, Omoyele Sowore has become a force or phenomenon in Nigerian polity. Sowore gas has become a political gladiator and human rights activist who has consistently for decades maintained his opposition to how Nigeria is being mismanaged. Late Chief Gani Fawehinmi and MKO Abiola will be turning with mesmerising dance in their tombs.
Whosoever is still denial or pessimistic about the evolving greatness of Nigeria, in this political evolution should either join the group of optimists and positivists or continue in their state of denial or unconscious pessimism and hate.
We thank Omoyele Sowore for redefining how government should run in Nigeria. The two defining gladiators (Sowore and Buhari) must be careful and be cautiously optimistic in their onerous efforts to rescue us (Nigerians) from the den of corruption and political tribalism in Nigeria. I am feeling pumped!!!
